Bidding Procedure:
This tract will be offered in a virtual online auction format and in-person. Both onsite bidding and online bidding will compete simultaneously. Bidding will be in dollars per acre and the final purchase price will be calculated by multiplying the high bid by taxable acreage. REGISTRATION
All online bidders are required to register at www.MurrayWiseAssociates.com on or before Noon on May 9th. Once the online registration form is filled out, it will be automatically sent to Murray Wise Associates LLC for approval to allow bidding. Auction company may request a letter of recommendation from prospective bidder’s financial institution stating funds are available for the 10% deposit and that bidder has the financial capacity for final purchase.
