PROPERTY INFORMATION:
The 3,228± acres of Virginia land in this offering is strategically located to provide summer produce supply and includes full water rights. The location of the farms allow for quick and efficient transportation to the packing facilities in Mappsville, Hallwood and Tasley, VA. The farms have an abundant water supply, merchantable timber, excellent drainage and are well suited to a wide variety of crops, including but not limited to tomatoes, potatoes, squash, corn, wheat, soybeans and other vegetables. In order to comply with food safety standards, wells were installed on a number of the properties to be utilized for spraying application. The property also includes numerous ponds that are utilized for drip irrigation. Many of the farms also include immediate cash flow opportunities from mature timber available for harvest. The timber includes loblolly pines, oak, hickory, cherry and maple.
