Bidding Procedure
The property is being offered in two individual tracts. Bidding will open at 10AM on Wednesday, February 10th and close at 2PM on Thursday, February 11th with a “soft close”, meaning that a bid placed on an individual tract within the final 3 minutes of bidding will extend bidding for an additional 3 minutes on that individual tract.

Follow County Highway 6 for 0.75 miles and Tract 2 will be on your right. To reach Tract 1, continue north on County Highway 6 from Tract 2 for 1.25 miles to County Road 700N and turn right/east. Travel 0.25 miles and Tract 1 will be on your right.
