This property features over 730 tillable acres of productive Illinois farmland with tracts ranging from approximately 20 acres to 125± acres. For hunters, Tract 3 is an ideal 20 acre recreational property including 9± tillable acres for a potential food plot with the balance of the acreage being wooded with Little Wabash River frontage.
The property also features a two acre farmstead with a move in ready 3 bedroom – 2 bathroom country home, a 50’x80’ machine shed, 100,000 bushel dry grain storage, and an additional 13,000 bushel wet bin and dryer. If more implement storage is needed, a second 50’x90’ machine shed directly across the street on one acre could be combined with the farmstead!
