The property will be sold in the manner resulting in the highest total sale price. Bidding will be done on lump sum total dollars per tract, not dollars per acre.

Property Description:
The Peace River Preserve is a 2,208± acre property that lies on both sides of the Peace River in Desoto County, Florida.
