All parties wishing to bid must submit a letter of recommendation from their financial institution stating that funds are available for the 10% deposit and that the bidder has the financial capacity for final purchase. Bidding will open on Monday, July 29th at 9:00AM EDT and will end Thursday, August 29th beginning at 5:00PM EDT. Bidding will begin closing at 5:00 PM EDT with the tracts closing in succession on 5 minutes intervals.
