Bidding Procedure
The property is being offered in ten individual tracts. Bidding will open at 10AM on Monday, September 6th and close at 2PM on Thursday, September 23rd with a “soft close” meaning that a bid placed within the final 3 minutes of bidding will extend bidding for an additional 3 minutes on that individual tract. Tracts will close by cascading, starting with tract 1. Tract 2 will not start to close until the bidding on tract 1 has been completed. Tract 3 will not start to close until the bidding on tract 2 has been completed, and so on and so forth.
